Thank you for the wonderful product and the great service. The large Thermotex pet bed arrived about 23 hours after we ordered it! Our kitty-boy Olav thinks it is grand. He’s had a heated bed for several months, but seems to recognize the benefits of infrared and gravitates to the Thermotex now. Olav’s a 14 year old European Burmese who has lots of issues including arthritis and chronic kidney failure. We tried acupuncture and infrared therapy at the vet clinic, but he became increasing stressed by the needles. Though he liked the infrared treatments, he transferred his needle anxiety to the accompanying infrared. We were disappointed to discontinue the treatments, but we couldn’t continue to torment him. The Thermotex bed allows Olav to self-medicate and allows us to know that we are helping him feel better.
